Jess Jeetley

Board advisor · NED · Multi-exit founder CEO

Most AI failures are governance failures wearing a technical costume.

I am Jess Jeetley. I help founders, founding teams, scaleups and enterprise boards decide what to build with AI, what to refuse, and how to prove the difference to a customer, a regulator or a court.

The position

Adoption is easy. Defensibility is the hard part.

Every company can now ship something impressive in a fortnight. Very few can explain, six months later, which decisions their systems are making, on whose data, with what recourse when they are wrong.

That gap is where value leaks and where boards get caught. My work sits in it: naming the decisions, assigning the owners, and building the assurance that lets a company move faster because it knows where its edges are.
